About Jay

Jay Klair is a licensed Ontario mortgage agent with over 15 years of experience in Canadian residential mortgages. He has personally advised Ontario homeowners on renewals, refinances, purchases and switches — with a particular focus on renewal strategy: the single most expensive financial decision most Canadians make every five years.

Jay holds a Mortgage Agent Level 2 designation (Licence M09000869) and is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
